We absolutely love staying here! The place is clean, well-kept, and welcoming, and the people who run it are genuinely kind and wonderful. They’ve made us feel comfortable, and we truly appreciate how much they care about their guests. The location is great, too! The beach, restaurants, and a convenience store are all within walking distance, which makes everything so convenient. We’re so glad we found this place! It’s not just the cleanliness and great location, but also the wonderful people who make staying here such a good experience. We’re still here and happy to be staying here. We strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with genuinely kind people. ❤️

The property was what you would expect close to the ocean. The rooms were smaller, but clean and efficient. I would add in room coffee were I management but that is a minor thing. I cannot say enough about the man who checked me in. I came early evening, he had my paperwork already done, guided me to my parking place, and walked me to my room. Such excellent service!

Clean hotel located near a lot of cool stuff in South Oceanside. Good coffee and thrift shopping next door. Some of our other favorites nearby include Best Pizza & Brew, Primo Market, and South O Brewing. Beach and all of the above mentioned spots all within easy walking distance.

The layout of the room we stayed in was quirky-the toilet & shower was on one side and the sink was in another alcove on the other side. Shower pressure was lacking, but looked nice with new walls and a new low flow toilet. Beds were comfy. Little touch ups still needed but all in all I'd definitely stay here again!
