“The hotel has a great location, just in the downtown of Arroyo Grande. There is a lot of stuff like restaurants, coffee shops, bars, grocery store at walking distance. The hotel is very clean and pretty much new. The staff is friendly.”

“The property overall was very nice and clean. The views were amazing.
I was not happy that we were not asked if it was a special occasion (which it was my birthday) as another couple checking in was and they received a bottle of wine.
Also, our power went out completely for about two hours. We were told at check out that each Wednesday they do maintenance and the power goes out for a period of time. It would have been nice to know that as I was in the shower when this happened.
