Loved our stay there. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and accommodations were well maintained. We were very comfortable there. Staff was very gracious. Close walk to the beach. Parking was on the street but free and available. I will definitely stay there again.

I stayed in Rm 9. It was clean, modern and nicely decorated. A chair or small bench by the window would be a lovely addition. The breakfast was ok, because the bacon was cold, and the eggs watery. It was nice to have several outdoor places to enjoy coffee. I tried all three…patio, front porch and upper porch.😃 Steam trays and self serve along the bank of windows overlooking the patio might be a better option. Also, the offering of more than 1 fruit (I can’t eat cantalope), would be appreciated. The property is gorgeous, and so close to the beach. I’ll be back!

Great experience outside of the noise. I know it’s an older home but there were people above us that were showering at midnight or later each night and were stomping and very loud so it was difficult to fall asleep. Also the mornings were HORRIBLY loud. I think our room was above the kitchen so starting around 6am we would hear and smell the cooking of breakfast. Continued banging and noises and then voices echoing up until 9am or so. Barely slept our whole stay due to this so much of the trip was miserable. It’s a shame because the amenities, room, location of the inn, etc were great and staff was great! But the noise will have us never return.

Our stay here was excellent! The room was clean and cozy, the beach rentals were super helpful, and the hotel was quiet. The staff was also So friendly and willing to help at any point. I highly recommend this hotel for other visitors. The only thing that would have been useful would be a print out of the key room information, like the innkeeper's number, wifi information, breakfast timing and offerings, door codes, etc. We are likely to come back!

We decided to stay at the Maryland in last minute on a Friday and we were welcomed by the hostess and brought right to our room. The properties brand new and in great condition, and they even offer breakfast in the morning. It’s a wonderful little quiet spot in Ocean Grove, right across from the beach. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Marilyn Inn. It was only a block and 4 houses from the beach. Maylin was friendly and helpful while we were there. The Inn was new and nicely furnished. We had breakfast on the porch and it was delicious. We thought it was a continental breakfast but it was a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. We would highly recommend this Inn.

I was on a solo me-time vaca. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Marilyn was so sweet and funny. The staff were friendly. The place was very nice and looked newly remodeled. I loved the modern decor. Breakfast is included and was very good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends. Also, it’s only a little over a block from the beach and you can walk around town. I didn’t need my car at all. I walked the boardwalk to Asbury Park and had dinner. Marilyn has bikes to rent as well. Great place, great little towm!
