The room was very spacious and clean. I was impressed by the air conditioning unit and its ability to keep our room nice and cold during a hot week. Staff was willing to help even though i had little interaction with the main desk, the housekeeper was very sweet and got things done fast. Parking was easy and overall id definitely stay here again.

The front door would not lock, the plate was not aligned correctly. We put all of our luggage in front and slept with one eye open. It is right on the boardwalk and the location was great. Hot, good coffee in the office in the morning and the AC was cold! I would recommend if you are running most of the day and just need a place to crash.

The room looked like it had not been cleaned.The room smelled of like being old and unkept.The pool was the nicest thing about it.There was no ice machine.There was no coffee machine. Had to walk across the street to get ice, and it cost a quarter.There was no bucket in the room.I had to ask from another part of the hotel.Another building to get an ice bucket.

Rob was such a nice front desk person. He even held the door for me when I was walking out with the complimentary coffee from the lobby. The rooms were basically clean. Hubby found a little sand in his bed when we checked in but other than that the room was clean. Those pesky bathroom corners need to be cleaned but otherwise everything was clean. The employees did not speak English so you can’t always ask for specifics with the cleaning staff but not a big deal. Would be nice to have a coffee pot in the room. The ocean side view was very nice and we would stay there again. The Sahara Cafe and pools are very nice. Overall great experience. Would definitely go back. PS. No elevator so my husband didn’t come and go much from the room. Maybe there is a freight elevator that crippled guests could use?

The only upside of this motel was the location. The motel was pretty outdated, not clean as I expected, and there is no discount on breakfast especially due to staying at the motel and there being a breakfast spot apart of the motel with the same name. If you are looking for a one night stay close to the beach, with free parking for just one night than fine. But I definitely would not been able to stay any longer. The motel needs some updating, the walls did to be wiped down, and they need new carpet. When entering the room there was a smoke/ old weird smell I can’t even explain.
