It's hard to beat their location right across the street from the boardwalk. Just be sure to book one of their larger rooms in the main building to give yourself a bit more breathing room...especially if traveling with children. I would definitely stay with them again.

Great Motel, near the boardwalk and all vacation attraction. The staff was very good and very helpful. Especially in the front desk. I would highly recommend this Motel to anyone.

The motel was only a block from the beach and very convenient to walk to the boardwalk. The room was small but clean. It wasn’t anything fancy but somewhere safe to sleep at night. I would definitely come back it was in a convenient location

We stayed here for two nights and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, very close to the boardwalk and main attractions, and the price was one of the most affordable in the area. The hotel looks recently renovated, clean, and fresh. The rooms are a little small but comfortable and clean. The front desk service was excellent—the ladies were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. Overall, I give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend it, especially for the location, service, and value.

We stayed in one of the 1st floor Octopus suites. Was clean and mostly updated. Bathroom door was a small sliding door which wasn’t very private for a suite for more than 1 person stay. Location was great for what we wanted to do this trip. Customer service was pleasant and helpful.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooms looked to have just been remodeled. The location is very ideal for access to the pavilion and the boardwalk. A lot of great restaurants/bars within walking distance of this location. The pool is a little smaller then expected but still was nice to have access to one. The Bayside rooms are located up a block and across the street from the main building. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

It was meh. Somehow I ended up in a bayside room. Don’t be fooled, there’s no bay view. Shelving in the shower was broken, no tissues and the bed/pillows were super uncomfortable. Space was sufficient for a beach vacation so I didn’t feel it was anything to complain about. Just don’t expect niceties. Pool was small and not worth the walk to the main property; we preferred walking further to the beach.

I was surprised how nice the room was it was just me and my wife it was a motel but it was remodeled so bathroom was nice and room was nice for the price I would choose this room over a Hilton/holiday inn or 5 star hotel all day the only down side to the room literally was there was only one wall plug in the bathroom that i could charge my phone with but the plug was close enough to the night stand the tv was plugged but all the other plugs were behind big objects

Floors were covered in sand had to wear shoes constantly. Bathroom door slides with big gaps in the sides and no privacy. Not enough room for two adults and two kids. There is no room for bags or clothes and no where to hang wet clothing or towels. Charged $30 to park for the weekend after charging over 500 for the room. came out and my car was COVERED in bird poop. Wasn’t realistic for a family. Maybe a group of young adults for a drinking weeeknd. Not family friendly. Staff was ok they caused no issues. Air conditioning was an old window unit.

The room was extremely small—really too tiny for four people. The bedding and towels were clean, but overall the room did not feel very clean. Housekeeping only changed the towels and made the beds; the floor and bathroom were not cleaned during the stay. Free parking is available, but there are no assigned parking spaces. If you leave the hotel and come back later, there's no guarantee you'll find a spot. Amenities such as an iron, hair dryer, and ice are not provided in the room. They are available at the front desk, but only if they haven't already been taken. The front desk staff were amazing—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The air conditioner worked well, but it was so loud that it was difficult to sleep with it running. The room also had very poor sound insulation, so you could hear almost everything from outside. The bathroom door didn't close properly and left a large gap, offering very little privacy. Overall, the stay was acceptable because of the friendly staff and clean bedding, but the small room, lack of cleanliness, noise, and limited privacy made it less comfortable than expected.
