Nice sized rooms friendly staff. Only complaint is it’s very slippery by the pool not sure why they chose those tiles. Pool does get crowded but overall great place to stay and great location!

Holiday Inn in Ocean City was a nice place to stay. It was close to so many restaurants and activities. Many are even walkable. The beach is right near the hotel which was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend staying there. The only negative thing is that it was a bit noisy at times whenever people opened the sliding door to the balcony plus someone had a barking dog that stayed next to us on the last day. All in all, it was nice staying there.

With the ocean being pretty much closed due to jellyfish infestation, my family and I enjoyed the pool every day! The cocktails were perfect and pool deck was clean and maintained. We were able to walk to get our coffee in the morning , walk to get dinner at Longboard and Ice cream at King Cone afterwards! We can’t wait for next summer! Bar staff was fantastic and good tunes played all day on pool deck !

The hotel was clean and there is swim up bar . Staff was vey nice . The hotel did a bit of updating . It seems it was an older hotel . Room had kitchenette . I didn’t like that kids were able to use the Jacuzzi it’s suppose to be for adults only . They thought it was a kiddie pool .

Location is fantastic, outdoor pool/sitting area/pool bars are great, fire pit is very nice, room had a full kitchen which was a pleasant surprise, we had one issue with the HVAC unit and it was fixed within an hour of us notifying the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very comfortable facing the pool and the ocean. Beautiful view. The front desk staff were so personable, especially Emily, who was so helpful and patient with us. There was one concern I had with the pool which was very nice but there was no railing to enter the pool. The railing was a few feet away from the entrance onto the pool. I had to seek assistance to get in the pool.

Great stay! Feels like a Caribbean resort. The view and room were perfect. Fully stocked. Clean and lots of towels. The beach was rough but all was well maintained. Pool area was amazing. Wasn’t crazy about the check in/out staff. They didn’t offer information; Had to ask for everything. They really should include parking. Hate the nickel and diming. Otherwise do recommend.

The hotel is a great location, close to everything and literally right on the beach. We have been coming to OC for 15 years it's our first time we stayed here. The only complaint we had was our room was so humid the rug felt wet and when we would get in the bed at bed time the sheets felt damp so that was a bit weird. I did complaint when checking out would I stay here again. Yes I would the pool area was great my son had a ball. They also have a great Italian restaurant on property it waa so good

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Ocean City. The staff was great—everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself could use some improvement. The hallways and rooms had a noticeable unpleasant, musty smell that made the hotel feel less clean and comfortable than expected. The rooms could also benefit from a deep cleaning and some updating. Overall, the staff was definitely the highlight of our stay, but the cleanliness and odor issues in the rooms and hallways need to be addressed. With some improvements, this could be a much better experience.
