The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The place was in the countryside about 20 minutes from Rothenburg. It was a unique opportunity to experience the beautiful landscape of Germany as well as taste home cooked cuisine. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Our stay was amazing. We had the family suite and it was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner on site and the food was all delicious. They even had chicken nuggets and fries for our picky eaters. We toured the area visiting Ansberg and Rothenburg ob de Tauber. When we come back to Germany we will definitely stay again. Thank you for a fabulous visit!

We checked in later in the evening and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and set up well. We were on an upper level which required climbing stairs which was not an issue for us. Plenty of parking. There is a small restaurant bar on site. We did not have young children on this trip, but there is plenty for kids to play on like a play set and trampoline. Check out was quick and easy. The close proximity to Rothenburg was convenient.

I was amazed by the hospitality at Hoffman Guesthouse. From the very beginning, when the woman who owns the place moved her vehicle so I could have her parking spot to the personal dinner she made for us -- I was impressed. We arrived exhausted after driving for hours with 4 kids and the restaurant was closed but she said it would be no problem if we would all be willing to have schnitzel and fries. We agreed (happily!). We came down at the agreed time and she had a fantastic German salad waiting for us. Then she brought out fresh schnitzel and fries. Everything was excellent. After dinner she gave us some tips about the Playmobil Park that we were visiting the following day. She was great and so kind and went out of her way for us. The room was really great too, very clean and perfect for us. But the lady who runs the place is the real gem. I would highly recommend staying here!

The family suite we stayed in was a great arrangement and comfortable space for our family of 4, except that it was warm and no fans. Additionally, there was a wedding party playing LOUD music directly below our room until 2:30 in the morning. Between the loud music and warm room, we got little sleep the night we stayed. The rural area and the outdoor restaurant created a great environment. Maybe don't stay on a Saturday night in the summer? The arrangement of party space directly below sleeping rooms is a terrible set up, however, and made a low review for what would have been much higher.

Had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse. Room was big with lots of amenities. Although there was no AC we were not hot at all. Windows have great shutter that block the light and bugs but let in enough breeze. Would come again!

Stayed 2 nights. Was unaware this would be an apartment away from the gasthaus. No shower door or enclosure in the bathroom, just a shower area next to the toilet. Apparently had not been rented for sometime, lots of cobwebs and a few spiders.

This hotel is quaint and very nice. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We loved our stay here. There was a technical probe with our reservation, but they were able to find us a resolution. I would gladly stay here the next time I visit the area. Perfect for day trips to Rothenburg.

This Gasthaus is so peaceful. The entire region is absolutely exquisite. You’re surrounded by serene farmlands and not far from medieval Rothenburg ODT and all it’s charm. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. They have WiFi and TV. There is a patio downstairs where they serve food and drinks. The hostess was very kind and helpful. We would stay here again.
