“I originally only booked one night and then extended my staff to three nights due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the first day and handled the additional headache well and let me stay in my original room. From greeting me when we arrived to preparing breakfast my experience was very pleasant. There is not frequently that I have to stop in Eislingen but going forward now I have a reason. “Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich im Wellnessbereich einen deutlich besseren Service erwartet. Bereits relativ früh waren im Saunabereich keine sauberen Handtücher mehr verfügbar. Außerdem standen benutzte Gläser herum und es gab keine sauberen Gläser für Trinkwasser. Das sollte in einem Haus dieser Kategorie nicht vorkommen.
Wir hatten eine Ganzkörpermassage gebucht. Der Masseur kam verspätet und die Massage entsprach leider nicht der Beschreibung. Trotz meines Hinweises, etwas mehr Druck...
