We loved the friendly service available 24/7, and everyone made themselves available for anything we needed. The property was kept clean, we felt safe and although it was a few blocks to the city center, there were great restaurants and shopping along the way that kept us busy! We would for sure stay again.

The staff is amazing. Everyone on staff who we encountered on this trip was very nice, helpful, cheerful. The hotel is cute. The rooms are very spacious, nice and clean. It’s a little farther walk from Centro but not a bad walk at all.

If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. The property is beautiful, clean, and well kept, but the staff is what truly shines. Everyone is kind, warm, and helpful. They greet you with a smile and gifts! They helped arrange our transportation to the airport and took our bags down at 6 AM. And to be in the center of the city, it's sooooo quiet. I would stay here again and recommend any friend to stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Oaxaca. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot.
