The hotel is not a bad option for a short trip, especially if you are trying to save money\. For the price, I would say it is worth considering\. The main drawback is the location\. There is a lot of traffic and noise from cars, nearby car washes, and other surrounding activity, which can make the area quite noisy\. The check\-in process also needs significant improvement, as there does not seem to be a clear or well\-organized system for welcoming guests\. I had a particularly difficult check\-in experience\. My wife, our luggage, and I had to remain in the car for more than two hours while waiting for a phone call before we could finally be given a room\. I want to emphasize that Ousmane, the staff member who assisted us, did everything he could to help\. He was courteous and genuinely tried his best\. Unfortunately, the issue appeared to be caused by someone else or by a lack of coordination within the property\. That said, the property itself was clean, and the staff were generally very friendly and welcoming\. Overall, you get what you pay for\. With a better check\-in system and improved management of the noise around the property, this place could offer a much better experience\.

Safe for solo female travelers

I stayed at Oasis Hotel as a solo female traveller. The hotel was comfy and safe. The staff is kind, available and helpful. I loved watching the ocean in the morning and having a walk by the beach at the sunrise. A little far from popular spots but a taxi costs less than 3 dollars, so easily manageable.

The view of the ocean was very nice, the room was very clean. They offer coffee and croissants& bread for breakfast. There were some maintenance issues, but Demba and Malick worked very hard to address everything and to make my stay as easy as possible. Some taxi drivers didn’t know where the location was, so pin down the location before you head out. The area is a short walk about half a mile from beach restaurants. Overall would recommend it

I had organized a pick up from the airport with the hotel but when I arrived there was no driver there and when I called them they sort of had forgot it. The room, a suite, did not correspond to the pictures. I booked a suite, but the "living room" and kitchenette was in two different areas outside my room and there other guests also had access. The elevator did not work going up as the door couldn't be shut from inside the elevator.

The TV did not work, there were no WiFi and the toilet tank kept running non stop. The morning we were supposed to vacate the premises, they ran after us thinking that we were leaving and not paying the $7 fee, but we were just running errands at around 7 am. Horrible experience for my family. I end up leaving our vehicle outside and taking a cab to prove them that an adult was still with our luggage in the room. That’s just ridiculous. Mind you the room had been paid in full the whole time.
