I'm disabled. When I wrote to them that I'd need a ground floor room, they saved me one. I appreciate that. I was never able to reach them by phone though, which is important to be able to do. The room was clean and comfortable and the parking was convenient.

Room was fine and clean, but there's a smell initially. The biggest surprise was that it didn't have A/C, kind of weird for me. The stay included parking. That made it good value.

Other than refrigerator making annoying noise, the rest of the accommodations were fine. No problems. University Ave has a lot of traffic, so expect noise. Fairly convenient location to Bay Area.
