Parking did not have Disability disgnated parking. Door has blue Disability sign but no switch to operate. Hallway and elevator has musty smell. Room is clean. Bathtub floor has standing water Bathroom towel set were incomplete - only one hand towel, no face towels. No password provided. When asked, the staff member simply said it was written on a piece of paper. Upon checking, the piece of paper had the room number, not the password.
