We were greeted with a friendly staff member who helped us find places to eat in the area. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was a continental breakfast. No big deal.

The location is very convenient and right off the main route 59 so that you have access in a minute without hearing the traffic in your room. The place is clean. the staff is friendly. The parking is free, close and easy. They have a bell cart. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is water pressure. It is practically non-existent. Other than that, I'll be back!

Room was very clean and staffs were friendly, it’s just we had a broken TV and a clogged bathroom sink. We could have complain the manager but we came in so late and we just have to put up with it for the rest of the stay.

I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants.

Owners were very friendly. We were arriving late at night but they were there to greet us and get us registered. Helped with heavy bag. Breakfast was ready when advertised. Waffle maker, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins and coffee and juice. Would go back.

Convenient location, but very outdated and rundown. Our A/C unit could not be adjusted and the paper thin blanket that we had was insufficient to keep us warm. The power button on the remote control did not work, but TV could be turned on manually. There were several stains on the chair and debris in all of the drawers. Grab and go breakfast though was sufficient for our needs. Housekeeping and front desk person were nice.

Last minute stay. Location was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Decent location- there is even a barbershop across the street. No pool which is usually a must have but since it was so last minute we took a chance and it was fine. I love that the floors are NOT carpeted.
