“Had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel JB! Excellent service especially by our check in staff, Rozlin who provided us with a special cake in our room for our anniversary and also complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. ”

“They make effort to keep it clean and service was excellent. Unfortunately, May be due to low take up rate, towel have yellow moulds, spider seen under bed shelves. Room has no window for light could be reason for musty smell when check in initially. Overall, decent to stay.”
