“Visited again after some years absence. There is no any maintenence or renovation to the rooms since years. The rooms have very old equipment without maintenance. Carpet in floor dirty. Air-conditioned faulty and temperature can't be adjusted. There are renovation works causing hell of a noise but not at the rooms. It's the front buildings.
As the battery of the remote was empty they just replaced to another nearly empty one which will cause same problem to next guests. Breakfast quite simple....
