Cabañas en Nueva Bombay

“This hotel is well located and the upgraded room I had was very comfortable, with an elegant Indian aesthetic. I would gave given a higher rating if there hadn't been a cigarette odor in my nonsmoking room. I called the front desk and was assured that the rooms around me were all non smoking so perhaps this is not enforced. The gym is ok but small and could be a bit better arranged. “Nothing unique. All standard, good.”

“Bad customer service ”

“Not Good”

“This is the best place to stay in Mumbai. The staff, facilities and location are fantastic”

“The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. However the property itself is not worthy of being called 4 star. Extremely dirty rooms which haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. There was dust everywhere. Small fruitflies like insects everywhere in the room. The amenities like showers, cabinets, lamps etc haven't been cleaned or replaced ever.”

“Courteous staff.. excellent service. Delicious meals. Excellent housekeeping ”

“I had to leave 3 days into a 10 day stay after a security incident and hotel refused to process refund ”
