We booked 2 rooms. There was no staff when we arrived up to the time we left. Our room keys were in an envelope with the name of the person who reserved the rooms. There was a note at the door of the office that the envelopes were inside a box. The rooms were clean but there were only 2 towels in the room that was reserved for 4 people. We called front desk and there was a recording to send an e-mail. We sent an e-mail requesting additional towels but no response. There were bugs in one of the rooms.
