Excellent location, quiet, but close to the ferry and restaurants. Very clean and nicely equipped room with a balcony overlooking the bay. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable and safe place to spend a couple of nights in Tobermory.

The property was great! Everything was top notch and the bedding was new and clean. The washroom was clean and the shampoo and body gel was of a good brand. The lake view is beautiful and is not obstructing. I will definitely try to get another reservation again once I will go back to Tobermory.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. However, the AC kept turning on and off and was quite loud. There was no Wi-Fi, which also meant we couldn’t access the TV. On our last night, no fresh towels or toilet paper were provided. Overall, the staff were helpful, but the room amenities and service could definitely be improved.

Nice clean hotel, friendly and helpful staffs, great balcony with lakeview. Around 15 minutes walk to the harbour, Closed to restaurant and shops, liked the storage shelve in the room. There was an issue with the room wifi, but the hotel was nice enough to issue a reasonable credit. Would have been nice to have a facial tissue box in the room. I would love to stay there again.
