“Everyone”

“Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area.”

“Non-contact hotel offering good facilities for stay in Oakham. Comfy bed, very nice washroom and basic appliances. Good value for money”

It wasn't such a big deal, but it was another warning sign. I was in a single room, which made a certain saying about a cat spring to mind. The bathroom was fine and the tea/coffee making facilities were...

“Was perfect, would definitely stay again”

“Muy bien”

“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room.
