“This Inn has been beautifully renovated and the rooms are spacious, clean and nicely designed. We had plenty of towels, water, coffee, etc. And privacy. We had no complaints at all about the facilities.
However, communication was not great. We were not made aware that this is totally virtual and automated, so upon arrival there was no one to speak to and we did not have our check-in information ready. I had to search for a number to call and then spoke with someone that had a very difficult...
