Staff super friendly especially Tristan. Great free breakfast and clean rooms. Great location for shopping and outdoor activities. Our family could walk to shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out. I will definitely be back next year! Loved it !

This hotel has seen better days. Wasn’t terribly clean or well maintained. Breakfast wasn’t great. Room smelled damp and common areas needed fans to air things out. Staff were helpful and friendly, and it was a good location but probably won’t stay there again.

Overall, it was sn alright stay. Its a good thing it was cheaper and available though.. it certainly didnt leave a positive memory. No temperature control in room, garbage behind side tables, no cutlery at breakfast, windows in disrepair etc etc... staff that couldn't be bothered to come to the desk to check yoy out. We needed a place for the night, but I think we should have kept driving instead lol

The actual room is clean but the building itself seems old and outdated outside. Also, there's a bad smell in the hallway. Breakfast options were also limited. Overall, a good decent room to stay overnight with many stores around, minus the overall environment that can make you feel uncomfortable at first when walking in.

Terrible all around. I can say a single good thing about this hotel. Bathroom was dirty hair in the shower, shower didn't drain. We had fruit flies everywhere. We got booked into some damp basement kind of room with windows that couldn't open and no air conditioning. Was on the phone all night with front desk. Worst hotel I've ever been to.

We stayed in the back building. What I liked the most, was that you need a key to get into the building and obviously into your room. I felt the building was secure in that way. The building we were in was very old and as soon as you walk in, you can small smoke. Sitting on the toilet was like sitting on the floor and you had to bend way down to wash your hands, ridiculous. The curtain was ripped, the bathroom door was broken, the chair cushion was all stained... gross!
