The room was very quiet and felt sold, we didn't hear the Nor'easter raging outside nor did we hear our neighbors - that was great! The staff were super friendly. Upon check-in it was obvious there were some computer issues plaguing the staff all day but the agent was very nice, personable and never made me (or anyone in line ahead of me) feel like it was our fault she was having a tough day. We would defiantly stay there again.
