“We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. “This is a small Inn. Nothing fancy but the staff is really sweet and the rooms are comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet comfortable room, this is the place to stay. ”

“Beautiful location. Using a map on phone was not accurate location unless you put the complete address in. Difficult at night. “Wilderness Woods Cabins are very cute and the Grill sadly is only open for maybe lunch and dinner. Cabins are cute and comfortable and the Norfolk Lake and dining on the deck would be lovely in the Spring or fall.”
