“It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

“Lyn’s place was great for me and my two small dogs, l! It has a nice, country walk right outside the property, ideal for a short or long stroll. It was spotlessly clean inside with a great kitchen and shower. Lyn has thought of everything with little extras in the bathroom cabinet, a selection of coffees and teas in the kitchen and even some dog biscuits for the dogs. If you fancy taking home some plants at great prices, she even has that as well! Parking right outside the door makes it...

“This apartment is stunning. It is bright and airy and is beautifully presented. The kitchen is new and immaculate. Every utensil and appliance we needed was provided including a dishwasher. The living room was perfect for us, with Sky tv and all our favourite viewing apps available. The two sofas and table/chairs made our stay extremely comfortable. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property. It is situated less than 100 meters to the sea and 200 meters to the town area making it...

“When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. ”

“Great location with views”

“Chambre propre, bien placé, l’hote tres sympa”

“We received a good welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Very spacious 2 bedroom property. Walking distance to the lovely sea palling beach with small amusement arcade, fish and chips and shop with all you can need. Very clean, great garden for the dog, well equipped kitchen although we didn't do any cooking! TV is in the bedroom rather than the main living area. Owner lives onsite.”

“Very central location. Flat was clean and kitchen had everything that was needed.”

“Well located and well equipped apartment Central location , easy walk to town and seafront. Would stay again.”

“Very spacious property (all be it up 3 flights of stairs), clean, modern and good facilities. When arrived room with 2 single beds was in fact made into a double which wasn’t what we wanted (I had explained I needed 5 beds so sofa bed was also made up). Also no cleaning products, broom or dustpan which would have been useful. Road noisy as old building windows not soundproof facing the main road. Few drunk and dodgy people around noisy at night. 20 mins walk to beach which was ok for us and...
