“Overall, the front desk staff were not very welcoming or helpful or interested in greeting or answering questions or giving information about the hotel. We had to kind of figure things out by ourselves. Looking closely at the room, decor, and the dead bugs in the window and the decor and the restaurant you get a cheaper vibe for the enormous price you pay for this place. Our worst experience was The Edge restaurant. Very overpriced and disappointing for what is marketed as a high-end dining...
