Went for a girl's get away weekend. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained. We had a slight issue with the A/C but they had maintenance come and fix it right away. The pool areas were great and the staff was very nice. Would definitely come again.

Upon arrival all staff was so pleasant and helpful. The check in process was within what felt like seconds (already had my keys in a bad that has directions to where your staying). The staff also guided me quickly through the map (not difficult at all). The room was more than what I expected! Absolutely spotless, fully stocked kitchen, laundry you name it they had it! The view from our ground patio was absolutely stunning 😍 & you can not forget about the jetted tub and the fireplace to boot! I will absolutely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

The room was as advertised and comfortable. The lighting in the stairwell in the evenings was dim, several bulbs were out. Also the road leading to our condo was quite rough, large uneven sections of the paved road made for a bumpy drive.

Check-in was quick and simple. Office building decore was warm and inviting. Staff very friendly. Room was ok but could use some updates. Sheets in one of the beds was stained so we put a blanket we brought on top of the comforter and slept on that. The lamp shade had what appeared to be old dried up blood or something splattered on it. We only stayed the one night. At check out we handed in our keys and were told we were all set. No one asked how our stay was so I didn’t mention the sheets lamp. Really wanted to like the place because the grounds and amenities were nice but was grossed out by bed and lamp shade.

The place where we stayed was great; the only thing missing was a small table outside—I had brought something to do while relaxing, but there wasn't a table out there, so I had to grab one from inside the room. Everything else was perfect. My husband and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary—which is why we went there—and his birthday is tomorrow, so I wanted something nice. I loved the view; thank you for the service.

This is such a magical secret place, perched totally in the center of an equally magical place (White Mtns.!). I almost want to keep the secret, since I booked it on a whim looking for a bargain expedia deal! Most wonderful of all were the two wonderful women working at the front desk that I met throughout my week-(I'm not 100% sure of their names but I believe one was named Nancy, I want to give them their credit)-who went above and beyond for my last-minute-booked stay. They were extremely welcoming & knowledgeable, & resourceful when I asked to extend (literally everyday) or ask for a late checkout, even as the slow season was quickly turning into busy tourist season. Listen, you don't get to go on vacation often, so businesses run by people like this, where you truly feel like a guest and not a nuisance # or cash cow to milk, who provide such a unique stay-will always get my loyalty. I already plan to go back & also to book a stay for my parents & have insisted all my friends & coworkers check it out. Didn't feel like a lot of the carbon copy 3D-printed resort stays around here-priceless views and wildlife, and with that gym, koi/boat pond, firepits, gazebos, grills, pools, game room, spas, trails, equipment rental, LOVELY rooms, etc., -I wish I could rent! There was truly so much unexpected wonder & fun to explore onsite, so many wonderful extras and amenities, that I had a hard time leaving the paradise for anything I planned to do on the trip! And-I'm happy about it!
