“We made a booking for 2 rooms and paid for them 6 months ago. When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. The hotel didn't bother to inform us in advance of the change in our booking and thus ruined the unique experience we wanted to give to our foreign guests. They were certainly not impressed by Rwiza's unilateral decision to change a confirmed booking.”

“Personeel was behulpzaam, maar het duurde een tijd voordat de boeking gevonden werd. Kamer was prima, alleen warm water voor de douche. Het duurde erg lang in het restaurant voordat het eten werd opgediend. Het ontbijt was vrij karig wanneer je geen warm eten wilt als ontbijt”

“The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel ”
