“The room was really nice but our view was horrible (our balcony faced another building) the shower pressure was poor and even with the aircon on the whole time the room stayed boiling hot for some reason. The hotsprings were beautiful I 100% recommend, although the water in most of the pools was way too hot 😂. The bathhouse should definitely be included with a stay at the hotel. “Al llegar no habia nadie en recepción, aunque la llave estaba en un cesto con nuestro nombre. Tuve que llamar para preguntar por el desayuno y me contenstan que jo hay, tras ver mi voucher me ofrecen 10 dolares para no servirlo, tras lo que les contesté que donde iba a desayunar si no había nada a 20 km a la rdonda. Tras esto aceptan traer el desayuno a partir de las 8 de la mañana. Resumiendo, una pena la atención, ya que las instalaciones están bien y cerca de los doce apostoles.”

None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!”
