“The property was so peaceful, everything was clean and despite how cool the the weather was it was always lovely and warm inside.”

“Parking Heating and Cooling Staff Cleanliness”

“鄰近疏芬山，我們在此住宿兩晚，房間內備品齊全、設施新穎，雖然無法烹飪但餐具都有。令人印象深刻的是好用的吹風機。在澳洲住了三家汽車旅館，這家是最棒的！值得推薦！”

“Whilst this property offers superior value for money (room size, location, facilities), there are silly niggles. For example, I was there for four nights but they do not refresh tea/coffee/sugar/milk. They refresh towels and empty bins but do not make the bed. Used cups and glasses are taken away but not replaced. I would recommemnd this property to business travellers but would ask the management to consider these minor issues for longer term stayers.”

“Could not fault this place at such a reasonable price. Clean, comfortable, well equiped and friendly Reception service. Very much looking forward to our next stay here.”

“We had a comfortable stay and it is an easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We received complimentary drinks that we used at a neighbouring pub and as we don’t drink they gave us Coca Cola and a hot chocolate. Staff at the Quest also gave us a large umbrella each to use as it was raining when we arrived. Comfy room and easy access and very central.”

“Beds weren’t super comfortable.”

“Our room was very nice and large, which we were not expecting. Will definitely come back. Lazy Moe's was right next door, which is convenient.”

“Very pleasant, clean motel. Good value for money.”

“Excellent location and property”

“The property did not have Wi-Fi. I asked about this at the reception and they said they have it on repair request but unlikely it will be resolved before Christmas. I understand properties have to undergo maintenance, but there was no mention of this whatsoever during our booking, and I wanted to work remotely during our stay which was challenging without the Wi-Fi. Other than that, the rooms were quite clean, well maintained and the facilities were overall in good shape.”

“TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family.”

“Manager was super helpful with our two bikes. He took them to the storeroom every night and brought them out each morning. Really polite and helpful.”
