“The workers (2 young men) who worked in the reception and kitchen were overly nice friendly and super helpful. The retreat is very beautiful and lust but it’s so far from the Tam Coc main city, very excluded and quiet property. The bungalow we stayed in was nice but small. We stayed in the 1st one of the 3 bungalows in the same section. The AC didn’t work well and the drain in the restroom smell so badly. “The hotel is amazing! It’s away from the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. It’s just a few minutes from town away by car (a Grab ride costs about USD 1.50). The décor is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the reception and kitchen staff are some of the kindest and most attentive people you’ll meet. I 100% recommend this hotel! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the massage and spa services—they’re absolutely wonderful and highly recommended!”
