I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Our first room had noticeable stains on the bed linens and floors, so we requested a room change. While the staff did move us, the second room had the same issues—stained bedding and dirty floors as well as a space in the door that didn’t close. We asked for fresh sheets, but the staff seemed reluctant to help, stating they had already moved us and that the sheets are changed daily. That response made us feel like our concerns about cleanliness were being dismissed. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a clean place to sleep. The lack of concern and poor customer service made the experience even more frustrating. The only positive parts of our stay were the pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and the enjoyable breakfast. Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness issues and the staff’s response, I would not recommend staying here.

At $84/night you get what you pay for. The room was decent and the bed comfortable. I'm always glad there are no bed bugs or roaches to be seen. There was a big wad of hair on the shower wall when we got in the room. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet musty odor. There are always worse things and the AC worked great, the breakfast is really good - the biscuits were soft and yummy. Fridge and Microwave worked fine. We had a room on the ground floor which is really nice for us and was a plus. We didn't spend much time in the room so I'm not really picky about the small stuff and would stay there again.

Our stay was very nice! This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process were both very easy. There are several shopping and food choices within walking distance and even more a few miles down the road. The property is clean, and the area is quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
