Highly recommend this hotel! The location is convenient to the Nice Ville train station as well as the Promenade des Anglais. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s a beautiful garden in the back to enjoy breakfast, drinks from the bar or just to relax. Will stay here again!

The staff was extremely helpful by suggesting places to explore in Nice. They kindly stored our luggage after we checked out. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and to the train station. Would stay here again!

The property from the first expression had a great staff who was helpfull in any sense. The room size was good can be better with a sound barrier but the one of the rooms a blackout curtains was not that effective. The breakfast was with variety of the taste maybe the fruits were missing as seasonal. The doors of the rooms facing street showing you a French style where you feel welcome. Definitely will come again next time.

The real gem of this property is the staff! They are truly amazing, especially Sarah, who works in the evenings. She has a way of managing multiple things at once while anticipating exactly what you might need, and she does it all with a smile. She really made our stay special. The hotel is centrally located to everything we wanted and needed, which made getting around incredibly easy. The hotel is a bit on the older side and still uses traditional keys, which we thought was a little annoying at first. They ask you to leave the key at the front desk whenever you leave the hotel, but it actually ended up being incredibly convenient. We never had to worry about losing the key or keeping track of it while we were at the beach. One suggestion: we used the cabanas one day and booked them directly through the hotel, which is definitely the way to go. You save money on the service, and towels are included. The sea is absolutely wonderful and very warm. We are water lovers but definitely not sun lovers, and it gets HOT down there between 1300 - 1600. I would definitely suggest buying an umbrella at one of the small beach stores if you plan to spend time at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

They have a breakfast available every morning but you have to pay for it. Many shops nearby that the man at the counter told us about. He was also very helpful in general. Everyone also knew English and was very accommodating.

We recently stayed at Villa Victoria in Nice and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well located, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The main drawback was that the room felt somewhat dated and could benefit from some modernization. We also found it inconvenient that guests are required to turn in their room key every time they leave the property. While this may be part of the hotel's policy, it felt a bit old-fashioned and less convenient than what most travelers are accustomed to today. Despite those issues, the excellent service from the staff helped make our stay enjoyable, and we appreciated their hospitality.
