Great small hotel. Great location from public transportation and airport. Easy to ride tram in downtown or beach. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. I lost my bracelet at the hotel and the hotel was able to retrieve it. They will keep it until I can send someone for pickup.

We loved the property and the facilities and closeness to a couple of restaurants. We found it really difficult to find by GPS as a lot of the roads where blocked off and it was not advertised with a large sin so you could see it

Good size room with a kitchen. If you stay longer you’ll have to bring your trash downstairs to the trash room. Also receptionist should always have toilet paper available when needed as they don’t do cleaning service. Walking distance to Nice St. Augustine train station which is very convenient if you’re traveling to nearby towns like Monaco, Cannes, Antibes etc.

Choosing a room with a balcony was a great idea. Bathroom was clean an modern, Bedroom was modern and had a comfortable bed. Mini Kitchen is ideal for longer stays. Very impressed with the Breakfast for the price! Would happily return.

This is a really difficult hotel to find! It's within a complex of hotels at the Arenas site and doesn't seem to be signposted from the road, so we drove round for nearly 50 minutes trying to locate it. I had to ask other hotels if they knew where it was - only vague answers. It certainly isn't the stated "3 minutes walk" to the airport terminals. The parking is a nightmare - level 5 of the Nouvel R parking, the corners are so tight I had to get out and direct my husband (we didn't have a big car either, a small Fiat) on two corners to access each of the 5 floors. And it was very hot. We had to change rooms as in the first one the aircon didn't work. On the positive side, the room was clean, the bed okay and the bathroom had a nice walk in shower. I absolutely wouldn't stay there again though, it was the same cost as other, better hotels with much better access.

We arrived earlier to the hotel however early check in was not an option it seems, as it wasn’t offered when asked. The bathroom was a bit dirty. The shower cubicle was stained and dirty. The water pressure was very low. During our stay we found multiple water flies or silverfish in the bathroom. Not 100% sure what they were. The bathroom tap/ water smelt unpleasant at time as well. The staff at reception are present 24/7 which is helpful. During our 1 week stay we were told we would have the place cleaned once on our chosen day. Unfortunately this didn’t happen and we had to ask for this to happen on the following day. The bedding had few rips in it and the pillows were uncomfortable and felt cheap. The place had everything you needed though ie fridge, microwave, stove which is good if you’re planning on cooking at the hotel.
