Beautiful five star hotel across the street from the beach and the gorgeous Negresco. Wish it was closer to the other end of the strip, but I think this is probably the swankier side of town. Low end rates put us on the first floor next to the AC units, but honestly it was a fine trade off to be in such luxurious digs for the low price we paid. Would stay here again.

Travelled to Nice with my wife after a cruise. We stayed at the Est End and it had everything we were looking for. It has the old charm French look in the foyer yet the rooms are modernly appointed. We wanted a room looking straight at the beach at it was amazing. Highly recommend their restaurant. It is well rated and well deserved. The breakfast which was included in our rate was also excellent. If you want a hotel which is out of the ordinary, with a charm and comfortable rooms in front of the beach, in an incredible location...this is it!

Great location. Clean and a nice breakfast. Staff was friendly. Only thing the front desk told me taxis are much less then an Uber to Eze taxi would be 70 euro each way. When i looked it up a few time an uber was about 30 euro. Which is half the price The rooms had outdated very slow drying hairdryers and no shampoo or conditioner. I bring my own so not really a problem. Loves the hotel had a great stay. Just an Fyi about hair products.

the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcome. The location right on the Promenade des Anglais is unbeatable, walking distance to everything you’d want in Nice. The breakfast was a highlight every morning, and our room was spotless throughout the stay. Service across the board was excellent, you can tell the team genuinely cares about guest experience. The only thing that would have made it perfect: after traveling more than 20 hours to get there, an early check-in option would have been a huge help. Small thing, but worth mentioning for anyone arriving after a long-haul flight. Still, this won’t stop us from booking again next time we’re in Nice
