Great location near old city center with many restaurants and cafes within à block or less. Staff was great. Interior à little dated. Very spacious room with sea view. No coffee in room. Fire alarm went off at 3am for no reason

The hotel is in an excellent location. There are numerous restaurants close by and also close to all main attractions. Hotel and rooms were very clean with an excellent air conditioning (a little noisy though). The only downside was the thin walls of the rooms. You could hear the guests of other rooms through the walls. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We came across this hotel by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and any requests we made were attended to immediately. The air conditioning was working full time to ensure a cool room for us. This isn’t always the case in Europe so we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is perfectly located, a two minute walk to the beach and just around the corner from upscale shopping and many casual restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Just a two minute walk to the beach. Very close to Old Town Nice without the noise. Ten minute walk to the tram that goes directly to the airport. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable.

The Hotel has been recently renovated so very clean and comfortable. The Receptionist who greeted us and who we saw later and the following day was lovely, helpful and efficient.

Great location, very helpful reception staff (I had an early morning flight - they took care of my bags until check-in, offered beach towels free of charge, offered any help around town, etc) Room was quite modern, good size bathroom, perhaps the wardrobe on the small side, sea view as promised. Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation.

This hotel was conveniently located, but there was not much going for it beyond that. The staff was polite, but did not seem to have any hospitality training. There were no offers to help with bags or for recommendations in the area. The rooms have been updated recently. While pretty, it’s clear the renovation was surface-level only. The shower leaked, I could hear anything said in the neighboring room’s bathroom, etc. Overall, if you’re looking for a relatively clean and nice looking room to shower and sleep in, with no other amenities, then this place is a fine option. It served this purpose well for me for a few nights.

If we hadn’t experienced any issues, this would have been a nice stay. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are beautifully renovated, and the location is excellent. We stayed for six nights, but for the first three our room never cooled to a comfortable temperature. We reported the issue on the first night and were told someone would come fix it, but no one ever did. After the third night, we followed up and were told by another receptionist that “it’s illegal in Europe” for hotel rooms to be set below 22°C. The manager came to our room, said everything was working properly, but offered to move us anyway. The room we were shown was noticeably cooler, and we later learned there actually had been an issue with the AC in our original room. We were asked to pack quickly so our room could be prepared for the next guests. In the rush, we accidentally left behind a bathing suit and a toiletry bag. We reported this just a few hours later and were told they would look for them. We followed up every day for the rest of our stay, but our belongings were never returned. The hotel itself has a lot of potential, but the way these issues were handled fell well short of what we expect from a 4-star hotel

This hotel is a gem! So close to everything makes walking enjoyable to the beach, park, luxury shopping, shopping for anything, pizza or upscale restaurants, casino, and so much more. The rooms are very comfortable with crispy colors and newly renovated. Do not miss the breakfast which is an amazing buffet of high quality above its price. The staff is beyond expectation friendly and helpful. I can only recommend it. We will be back!

Staff was less than helpful except one woman whose name is I believe Lovell. The heavy shower head kept dropping of the holder onto the floor of the shower while I was showering. There was a cockroach in the bathroom when I went in at night. There is very loud construction in the building next door. Walls were paper thin and could hear the neighbours snoring like they are right next to you. I booked a room with a balcony and only got French doors to a Juliet. Not what was promised in the reservation. Bed was comfortable and the location was good. I was told because I was travelling solo I could only have two towels, even though I paid the same for my room as two people.

Only positive this about this hotel is the location. Close to everything. Rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in. Barely could fit in the room with 2 adults and 2 bags. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the hallway, to outside, to the next door room. This is a boutique hotel with no amenities basically. Room was generally updated, though just ok. 1 elevator for the hotel. You have to pay for your own water. If you are a light sleeper, look elsewhere. I would not stay here again in the future,

Absolutely adored our stay here. Our room was beautiful, well air conditioned, and the cleaners left it immaculate every day. The toiletries were all L’occitane and left my hair very soft! All of the staff were very lovely and helpful - big shout out to Soraia (I hope I’ve spelled that right!) who checked us in, for giving us plenty of useful information and welcoming us so warmly. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice!

The hotel front desk staff were wonderful (there is just one person all the time). Location of the hotel is fantastic, very walkable. It’s on a very narrow street with no pull off so when you unload the luggage or get picked up you have to block the street. Parking garage is nearby and was 32 Euros per night. We had rooms with a view of the water in the distance. Rooms are small of course. AC worked well (I had a problem with a loud rattling vent but they had that fixed when I told them). Shower door wouldn’t close properly. Bathroom was very small. The rooms were very basic in my option for almost five hund*ed d*loads a night. No amenities. We didn’t eat breakfast there.
