Teresa behind the desk at check-in was extremely helpful! We had a couple of elderly ladies in our party of four. She set us up with adjoining rooms on the first floor close to the pool and lobby. That was a big plus. The free breakfast was also very good. Arturo, who was tending to the breakfast area, was great! He kept the food items and utensils replenished; kept the area spotlessly clean, and; he had a great rapport with the guests. Kudos to Teresa and Arturo!

We’ve stayed here before. Good location for visiting the area. Price is always right. Wish we could have used the pool during our stay, but every time we checked to use it, always a bunch of kids overwhelming the space. It’s not a big pool & it’s not the hotels fault, but maybe should have ‘adults only’ hours later in the evening?

The property is certainly well maintained. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Very nice surroundings. All around good value for the money. I often stayed next door at the Best Western but their rates get crazy in the warm weather. Will continue to use them when in Niantic.

This hotel is pretty good for price. I always stay here when I come to the New London Area. The staff are very helpful and professional, the breakfast pretty good for the price. You won't find a better hotel in the area for this low price.
