We celebrated our wedding anniversary, and everything was lovely. We were surprised by champagne and rose petal hearts on our bed! We stayed in the club building which overlooked the main street. It was quiet and peaceful. The room had a cozy fireplace and a nice shower. We enjoyed dinner at Zee's. Relaxed atmosphere and visually appealing. Polite staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel & staff were just lovely! Next time we come to visit Niagara in the Lake, without hesitation, we will be staying at The Shaw Club Hotel. Also, the fact that you could request a fish for your room, was a major highlight for us, I thought that was brilliant!

Great breakfasts but dinners seemed over priced for fairly unremarkable preparation. Service was good. Ask for bathrobes not mentioned in hotel guide .

This is a very nice hotel in a marvelous town with great shops and restaurants. It is sad however that in the building we were in had no elevator that made going and coming very difficult. We would not stay there again without being on the first floor or a room with elevator service.

The hotel was in a great location. We appreciated the pitcher in the room for filtered water which was located next to the ice machine. The Nespresso machine in the room was nice to have. The bed was comfortable. We had a room with a small patio. Our room was quiet. The odd thing was the TV had a pixel flicker. The shower door could use some adjusting. Overall a great 2 night stay.
