I love a boutique hotel and loved everything only exception wished the beds mattress was a little firmer clean room staff easily accessible and communication was very good well lit hallways love the idea of complimentary breakfast wished the restaurant had a chef on staff in the morning for other options of breakfast getting around was very easy literally a 10min walk to National Park and Niagara Casino

The hotel is very clean, the restaurant menu is very limited, the breakfast is very basic, I recommend visiting Spot Cafe for breakfast very close by, excellent location, super professional employees at the hotel, everything was very close by

Location is great for the falls. Hotel is nice, Staff were friendly and rooms were nice. but the daily house keeping is kind of all over the place, one day we got towels the next toilet roll but no coffee, one day they just emptied the bin… very strange. The restaurant wasn’t open either and the selection at the small shop was minimal. We got caught in the rain a couple of times and there were no options for just grabbing something to eat in the room. Breakfast was fine but limited options.
