The rooms were clean and newly renovated, and had a smart tv. What I didn’t like was that they have a motel type rooms outside the main hotel and they try to give you despite having space in the hotel.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with wide selection. The building seems old and needs renovation. One thing that bothered me was the shared microwave. It was very small and the room was always locked so you had to get someone to open it all the time. But overall great value for the money.

Great value for the price! The hotel is clean, and the interior rooms are much nicer and cleaner than the exterior motel-style rooms. Breakfast is good, but the dining area is very small, making it hard to find a table for a family. The location is excellent—just minutes from Clifton Hill and most Niagara Falls attractions, so you can park your car at the hotel and walk almost everywhere. I’d definitely stay here again if I decided to stay in Niagara in the summer season.

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The hotel offers very affordable rates, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the biggest advantages is the location—Clifton Hill is only a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient to explore the attractions without needing to drive. Parking is available with an additional charge, but it is safe and secure. The complimentary breakfast was included in our package and offered a good variety of options. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staffs are polite and nice. The prosperity is not good maintained. The doors in our suite are hard to close and open. The floor is not very clean. The uncovered parking is $20+tax, a bit expensive.

Room was dirty and mold in the ceiling & over shower head. Sheets and duvet had foundation makeup on them, but they replaced right away. Door left unlocked by cleaning crew. Anyone could have pushed open the door. Breakfast was good, but very full. Parking was atrocious!
