12 minute-walk to the OLG Stage (Fallsview Casino); a simple accommodation for an overnight stay after the concert. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very basic and due for a renovation. We paid for parking overnight.

It was good, bed comfortable, though wifi didn't work, tried 4 different phones and tried the office and guest wifi, also tried the other ones that was included in the paper in the office but no success

The staff members are exceptionally kind, friendly, and accommodating when it comes to changing our room, which deserves a rating of 5+ stars. Location is great and close to NF. However, the room itself did not meet my expectations. I have stayed in numerous 2 1/2 star hotels, but I have never experience quite like this one. I called a few months prior to our check-in to inquire whether they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. They confirmed that they did. However, if you are a woman, the provided amenities will not be enough, it is advisable to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, and definitely your own body soap, which I do not mind doing. •Secondly, the water turned cold in the middle of showering. •Thirdly, the light bulb was loose, requiring us to adjust it in order to turn it on all the times. •Fourthly, there was no designated place to hang bath towels, we hang them on the shower rod after use. •Fifthly, there was a small tiny opening on the door that allowed people to peek inside the room, so we hang our clothes over it to block the view. •Lastly, there were only three hangers available, while I am sure we could have requested more, we did not do so. I can only speak to the issues we faced in our room, perhaps others did not experience similar problems. I understand don't expect too much for the price we paid, I will continue to book 2 1/2 star hotels, but I will certainly avoid motels in the future, regardless of how low the prices may be.
