This hotel allowed us to check-in early! The desk staff were top-notch. The surrounding area was very rundown and a little sketchy. Tge parking lot is also public so we had to pay a parking price of $16 plus a “hotel fee” in the same ballpark. The inside of the hotel is older. The room was nice, bed was ok for a decent sleep (bedding clean). The shower was good and clean. Once out of the parking lot, it is a two minute walk (max) to the state park which was beautiful. The falls were spectacular, landscaping beautiful and it was relatively safe to walk at night.

Booked for the location and room size, but our room had peeling wallpaper covering holes in the wall, lights that didn't work, the tiniest bathroom for a suite that could sleep 7, bed sheets that didn't fit, and windows that looked out at a wall. The stairs were not easily accessible and only a couple ice machines were working. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

Stayed for 1 night. The room was basic and clean. There was some confusion regarding the breakfast being free for children under 12... only if the parent paid full price. Not a big a deal except the food choices didn't look very good and @ $22 wasn't really worth it. At end o our stay I tried to shower but the handle and pieces fell off. Took a bath instead. I didn't like being hit with a $13 resort fee when i arrived. Either Holiday Inn needs to roll that into the cost for the room or Expedia needs to charge it up front. Didn't feel much like a "resort" so th e fee was just an extra charge really for nothing. Location was amazing. Walk to the falls no problem. There was a Hyatt in the same area. The pricing was a bit higher but I think next time I will try that instead.

The room was so humid our bedding all felt wet every night. Turned in towels and never got any back. Someone dedicated in pool so we could not use it. The rooms are a bit dated. Restraunt attached was buy an adult meal get kids meal free. Parking was horrible as it was not just hotel parking but also public pay to park.
