Poor cleaning, roaches, very basic no frills room, remote for tv was missing, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in room.limited parking. Staff was ok not great. No knowledge of where my room was. Just told me building 2. Will not stay again.

We didn't stay there because the room was dirty and had bugs in it. There was hair in the tub and food stains on the wall near the bathroom. The microwave had leftover food spatter in it and the oven had more food overflow on the bottom of the oven. There were strange people hanging around the building drinking and smoking. The management did refund my money no problem. Expedia helped out gtreat.

This was one horrible night stay! I would have been more comfortable with a barn full of hay to sleep in. The bed is so old and dirty you roll into the middle and the sheets come off to reveal plastic sheeting underneath. Every time you move in the bed you can hear the crinkle of the plastic. We were provided with 2 little, tiny pillows. For some reason there were 2 empty pillowcases on the bed. Why? The TV had so many smear marks and fingerprints, it looked like a covid outbreak. NOISE after 11PM in the courtyard. People having a good time while we are miserable. I would give this place negative ratings if I could.

Room had an overwhelming smell of grease that did not go away even with the windows open. Stayed for two nights. It is an extended stay so property inside is old and smelly. Extremely basic with oatmeal, coffee and granola bars for breakfast. Picture on website is not what it actually looks like.

Key card locked me out everytime leaving the room. Had to constantly go to the office for a new key. The residence were loud all night and they were throwing a party outside at the property outside my window. And they had roaches
