The staff are GREAT! Customer service was excellent. The property looks nothing like the pix and was not worth the premium rate charged. It is run down, needs repairs, paint and updated AC in the rooms. The room furniture was old and was scratched up. The bathroom was in bad shape. Wifi wasn't good. Also, the Lobby AC wasn't working.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed. Breakfast during the week was very disappointing (only oat milk for coffee, only turkey sausage, no waffles). But Saturday and Sunday the breakfast buffet was very well stacked.
