Super friendly staff, what a great place to stay. Incredibly located for all the things to do in Lincoln City and Newport! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, two floors, great floors!!! Want to come back with more family members and rent several condos on the complex!!

We found the property to be clean, well kept, roomy and with beautiful view of the ocean. The trail to the beach is a bit lengthy. We enjoyed the staff, they were kind and helpful.

Room/condo was awesome. Full kitchen, spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms!! The pool/ sauna were great. Except they closed at 4pm!!! On a Friday night and Saturday!!! When asked they explained that they are having staffing issues. But we were a little disappointed because we came for the pool and the coast. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Beach access was a little hike, but beautiful and private. They had tons of fun board games/ puzzles to borrow. Also a wonderful coffee/ hot chocolate bar that our kids LOVED! I would definitely come back and recommend. I hope they are able to extend the pool hours.

Large Quiet Unit

While the units are older, they were very nicely furnished and clean and great space. It was nice to have two separate bedrooms and multiple bathrooms as well. Loved this stay

The location and quaint facilities are great. We didn’t need extra services but the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we were surprised that the buildings and grounds are quite tired and weathered looking and although the rooms were clean and comfortable the carpet was dirty. Minor issues but worth noting.

The site needs a few comsmetic updates and is currently under contruction. Buttt - listening to the waves, before bed, from the Pacific made my stay simply amazing & I highly recommend walking down the beach! What a gorgeous view!

Our place is huge! So much room! Very clean! Friendly staff person and so helpful! The property is doing some construction right now but it’s not been a problem and will be great when it has been completed. We would definitely stay here again and definitely will tell others about Schooner Landing.

This place was great for a family. Perfect amount of space for everyone, great location with an easy walk to the beach, and an amazing pool. The staff was wonderful too-they made me and my kid feel so welcomed

Very clean rooms and overall place. It was hard for me to go up and down the stairs but only room they had. The unit is DATED needs new pics on the wall and the bathroom has a very low toilet older version low for all 4 of us in the room The bathtub shower is very high and very dangerous. We all felt this unit needs to get rid of the toilet and bathtub n old pics. Everything else is EXCELLANT here Have a wonderful area with covered pool, hot tub, great bathrooms with a good shower Also a little walking to see beautiful ocean. Staff were great, so friendly and helpful office staff and Momodu was helpful in a number of ways for us. We will stay here again but book early and get a different room.

Easily slept 5 adults. Not sure how 6 is possible. Clean comfortable great price. When showed up to checkin no one was in the office and office hours posted different then what was stated in the reservation. Thankfully they had a phone number to call for “after hours”. Lovely access to beach, fire pit etc. close to Newport and local surfing beaches.

2 bed condo was great for family of 4. Units were mostly clean albeit dated and a little worn down from age. Beach access with .25 mile trail was great! Pool was closed which was a major bummer. I would consider again but only if pool was open.

Very nice two bedroom condo, well equipped and comfortable. However, no view of the ocean and the outside of the buildings need some maintenance. The ocean takes its toll in this area.
