Great location; easy to walk to restaurants and the waterfront. A hearty breakfast every morning, with different choices every day ( no need to stop exploring/shopping for lunch). Tastefully decorated rooms, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi ; cheese and wine at 4pm and freshly baked cookies every night- couldn’t ask for more. Eric and Kim were very helpful and gracious Plan to stay here on our next visit!

This was a very nice B&B in the heart of Newport, very close to shopping, bars, restaurants and the waterfront. We were there for the jazz festival and found it conveniently close for transportation.

What a beautiful hotel, from the rooms, to the service, the staff to the amenities, this was one of the most delightful stays ever. It was a perfect place to celebrate an anniversary. The attention to detail from the staff was amazing.

This place is amazing. Kim, the innkeeper, is just delightful. We’ve stayed in two of her inns and it’s just the best. The breakfast was superb, the room was gorgeous, and they brought fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening. We didn’t partake in the wine and cheese social but I’m sure it was just as wonderful. My husband and I have found our new getaway spot.

The room was beautiful, with a private, outdoor deck. There were lovely amenities: bottles of Pellegrino, warm chocolate chip cookies each night, thick towels, plush robes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing every day. Great location, close to everything but not too busy. We will definitely return.
