Very clean and spacious room. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great on the hot day we stayed. Location is great for the aquarium, and events in Cincinnati. Quick 15 minute drive. We slept though breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Four of us ladies stayed in a double bed suite with pull out sofa bed. Plan was to go to a concert at Riverbend. Concert was canceled but we managed to go out to eat a mile up the road from the hotel then went to the Ludlow B Yaught Club and lyfted back to the hotel. Hotel was conveniently located for us to shift our plans and still have a good time using local places for entertainment. Hotel is clean, staff is nice. The room was huge!! Two sink areas, refrigerator, plenty of places to put all our things. Just perfect! Free breakfast was good with lots of room to sit and enjoy. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first wasn't the best but not terrible. The manager did reach out to me though and did a great job on making it right. So I decided to stay again almost 2 yrs later. I am very glad we did. We already knew the location was perfect for what we had planned but the front desk people this time were great, breakfast was pretty solid for a hotel ( little omelets had cheddar cheese instead of American cheese. That made me happy) . It was clean and the pool was nice with plenty of towels stocked.

The room was huge and beds were comfy. Breakfast was okay variety. But my kiddos were very excited for swimming on our trip and the pool was disgusting. The entire pool room smelled like a musty dog, the water was green and cloudy. & the hot tub was closed... My older boys swam and I washed their stuff at the hotel after. Glad we were only there one night.

The room was clean, the bathroom spotless, and the bed was comfortable. It's a nicely remodeled hotel. It's a bit off the beaten path, but it's worth the drive. Just ask for a room on the other side of the freeway if noise bothers you.

My stay was great the front staff was always there to answer my questions. They switch my room because the latch was broken. The only thing I didn't like was my room was switch to the first floor right next to the door at the back of the building. I specifically choose this hotel because I feel safe every time I stay. Traveling i need to feel that security for my sanity. There was one night I seen somone walking away from the building but when I called the front desk he looked around the building and updated me, which gave me some security and reassurance. Second incident, is when there was tornado warnings the front desk (same man) reassure me about the situation, that gave me some security again. I thank you for your patience with me and reassurance that gave me security. So, yes my stay was great even after all the hiccups.
