Rooms are small but clean & well laid out. Wish the full length mirror was not across from sink so 2 people could get ready at same time! Careful in shower, slippery….beautiful hotel with amazing staff!

Clean rooms, well kept hotel, good location. But overall rooms were small and there were no real amenities, considering the price. Parking was an additional $45 per night.

The property is beautiful, the staff helpful and the rooms clean albeit small with no refrigerator but located in walking distance to shops and the wharfs which was nice. However, no breakfast available on the premises. The Italian restaurant located on the premises was not accommodating at all when we arrived tired and hungry. The hostess was incredibly rude.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Clean, amazing views and so central to everything you could imagine in that area (i.e., shops, cafes, restaurants, etc.). Staff and cleaners were super friendly and knowledgeable about any question(s) we had. We really enjoyed our stay and will not only be back soon, but also will be sure to recommend this hotel to any of our family/friends that may be going to Newport! Thank you for an amazing pre-birthday weekend :)

This is a great, central location. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, for the price the room was disappointing. There is no refrigerator. You have to request one and hope they have enough. Also, there is no closet and the bathroom was claustrophobic.
