I was very impressed throughout. There was parking available (although limited) and helpful staff. My room was spacious and well appointed with clean bathroom and facilities. The room had sash windows which rattled in the gales, but this was sorted easily. Would definitely book on my next visit.

Great location for all Jesmond’s amenities, and a lovely room. The hotel bar had a great atmosphere. Limited parking though but we were able to find on street parking a couple of streets away although there is a lot of streets that are permit only parking so it is a bit of pot luck.
