The staff was excellent. They helped with a few challenges that we had while we stayed there for our daughter's wedding. Yankee, one of the managers, is a reason that we will be going back there again next year!

The staff were so warm and welcoming! Deana at the front desk was absolutely awesome and made us feel right at home. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The pool was a little cold, but nonetheless, the kids still had a great time swimming and enjoying themselves. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Chester area!

Big spacious room that actually fit all five of us and was super clean. The beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby. Microwave and fridge. The pool is very nice. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again when we go out this way.

The only issue today was that the elevator was under maintenance, making it difficult to get luggage up to the third floor. A prompt solution is needed. Otherwise, the service was very good, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, everything was very clean, and there are restaurants nearby.

Hotel is not kept well. Floors in common areas were dirty throughout our stay. The room had an odd smell. The toilet ran all night. The shower made a high pitch noise while in use. There were some random gnats and hairs in the bathroom sink. The pool was fine but advertised as heated and it was freezing cold. The next morning, the breakfast was good. Well stocked. Upon checkout I had an $108 dollar charge to the room. When I asked the front desk he was less than helpful and said I had to reach out to Expedia. When I reached out to Expedia, they said it was the hotels responsibility to explain the charge. I have been unable to get an answer from the hotel. Just stay somewhere else.

We had a very positive experience overall. Very close to Legoland if you're looking for an affordable option. It was my family of four in one room and my parents in another. We were informed that the elevator was broken and staff offered to help us with our luggage, which was very nice. Help wasn't necessary, but it's good to know it was there. Breakfast was very good, my kids enjoyed it. Staff had to keep up with guests making messes everywhere and I felt for them. Our only complaint was the indoor pool area; it was extremely hot and stuffy. We would have utilized the pool more, but I am not exaggerating when I say we could not breathe in there. Legoland closes a little early, so it would have been fun to enjoy the pool afterwards. Would book again and wouldn't use the pool.
