Honestly, this is my go-to place whenever I need a little time away or somewhere that feels like home during difficult times. I’ve stayed here for just one night and for over two months at a time, and this place never disappoints. It only seems to get better! The staff are always so welcoming, and the cleanliness is truly unmatched. Even the little details don’t go unnoticed, like the housekeeping staff pulling the refrigerators out to clean behind them. That level of care and attention to detail says everything about this place. I genuinely have nothing but good things to say. Whether I’m staying for a night or an extended period, I always feel comfortable, welcomed, and at home. Highly recommend!

Compared to the many hotel options near EWR, this was a good value. It was clean and comfortable and airport shuttle was efficient. It is also refreshing to see hardwood (simulated) floors instead carpeting - much easier to keep clean. There was no place to sit in front of the hotel or in the lobby. I understand there is normally a couch in the lobby. A bench in front of the Hotel is a good idea for guests waiting for the shuttle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful/ helpful staff, but this property needs major room renovation for cleanliness and remove dirty carpets in the hallway. Breakfast is worse, should have 2 coffee dispensers and need to have more items to call this breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants and outlet store. Should be free parking or waived. Next time, I will booked other hotels nearby until this place gets major renovation. Avoid unless you don’t have a choice.

This was a pretty mediocre stay. The room was very basic, there were kitchen amenities if asked for, ie dishes, no in-room coffee makers. The noise level was high, with people yelling in the halls, tv noise from other rooms, people above/beside slamming stuff. I would recommend a sound machine. The bed was comfortable enough, the pillows sucked. The carpets were dirty, stained. The drain in the shower was rotting away. My husband swore a roach scurried out from under his hat on the bedstand, but we didnt see any further evidence of this the rest of the stay. We stayed 4 nights and every other night the key card would deactivate, so would have to go back down to get it reactivated. Also, site says there is a shuttle to the airport 7a - 1030p. When we went to leave in the morning on Sunday we were told there was no shuttle on Saturday or Sundays. There is an IHOP and mall within walking distance. Breakfast is just coffee and a muffin. Not sure I'd stay here again if in the area. I chose this hotel for its convenience to the airport and price, but I guess you get what you pay for.
